  Dr. Koneru strives for perfection and when it comes to dental hygiene and your smile, that's what you need. She's reliable, honest, and dependable. Her new staff is very friendly and always helpful. I appreciate all the work they've done for me and am glad she's my dentist.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE! Hard to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment and constantly had to leave voice mails. It would take an average of 2 days to get a phone call back and they would only call back one time and leave one voice message. I played phone tag with them for over a week and still had no luck getting in touch with anyone. The woman that called me back had the nerve to say I never called them back when my cell phone says I called over 5 times. I had my appointment cancelled after moving my schedule around and booking it weeks in advance. No one apologized or tried to accommodate me when it was their mistake. They sounded like they could care less if I could come in or not. I will NEVER be going back to this place ever again. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME & MONEY!
