  Came in and asked for a mani and pedi, was told no problem; sign in and annotate what services I wanted. Selected my pedi color and off I was. Pedicurist was not intrusive and performed a nice service. Upon completion I asked for my wax and received same after my personal break. I sat drying my toes, however, no one offer me the nail book until I asked for it. After approximately one hour of drying my toes I had to ask who would be giving me my manicure or should I leave. Establishment conversation ensued (in their foreign language which I don't know; how rude and inconsiderate of the customer) and I was informed that the pedicurist didn't notify anyone that I wanted a manicure. From there I was met with a lot of I'm sorry, however, I couldn't understand why they had me fill out the walk-in sheet if they don't use it ( you know, to see what the customer requests). Usually mani's are better than pedi's, however, it didn't ring true for me. I'm giving this establishment 2 stars only based on the pedi service. Manicure felt rushed and the polish overlaps my cuticles.
