  Place was a disappointment.
  
  Off the get go, please know your 2$ soda is a can and cup of ice they bring out to you. That's it. They ask you before you open the menu for a reason. No returns.
  
  Ordered hot and sour soup, it was just a bowl of salt, hard cabbage, and maybe 2 pieces of meat. The wontons they have us with the soup were stale and not appetizing at all.
  
  The main dish was cold, raw broccoli, and deep fried breading with little chicken.
